As frustrating as the #WCUS programming organizer role was, I kinda want to do it again next year just so I can advocate for a #pancakescon style track (beginner/early career level, and ~half of every session is about something totally unrelated to infosec, like storygames or spinning yarn).

@corbden Interested in that, as well. I saw a great talk on how misinformation combatants were using #MISP to share threat actor info. I thought it was at either #pancakescon or #bsidespdx, but I can't find it online. This was 2-3years ago, I believe.

I’m sorry, but I’m not going to be able to host #pancakescon this year and I’m going to have to cut off mentoring after currently registered appointments. I hope I’m somewhere safe and stable to resume them in the future. All SANS classes, clinics, and announced talks are on through April. I will not be making any cons beside those in the foreseeable future.

I'm hoping that at least the Red Team one gets in, purely because I've never been prouder of a title.

But I shall wait patiently for both to be rejected as they push against the status quo 😂
