Bei der dicken #Panade sollte auf Fischstäbchenverpackungen „Brotkroketten mit Fischgeschmack* *Kann Spuren von Fisch enthalten“ stehen.

For the curious, the #buttermilk is used in the #panade that is part of the binder for the #meatloaf (it also includes eggs). It's a two-meat (beef and pork) recipe without a lot of vegetation (just one onion, two cloves of garlic, and some dried thyme).
I'm trying to get back into doing some more cooking when I'm not baking, so that I rely less on prepared foods, but for calories it's really hard to beat that 280 kcal chicken breast unit or 350 kcal cheese ravioli.

@hendrik Nicht nur die #Portionen schrumpfen, auch die #Qualität lässt nach - beim #Schnitzel wird das #Fleisch dünner, dafür die #Panade etwas dicker.
Beim #Italiener bekomme ich bereits geöffnete San #Pelegrino Flaschen für 6 € auf den Tisch gestellt, während sich im Hinterhof die #Lidl-Wasserflaschen zu 0,29 € stapeln.
#Essen gehen haben wir uns abgeschminkt. Geht gar nicht. -
