Last Saturday the #Sasuga dojo celebrated 30 years of #DaitoRyu Aikijujutsu in Finland (the parent art of #aikido — one of Sasuga's senseis introduced it to the country). An amazing event with people from over the decades, food created by renowned Korean chef Joon, a large trailer sauna, courtesy of #Palosauna, and a special batch of beer made by #HIISI, branded 'Aiki' — with a label design by yours truly.
On the Sunday after I, uhm, did not go to practise...

The #TravellingSalesman #PaloSauna will be featured as part of a #sauna village at #Hietsu for #HelsinkiDay. There will be 5 saunas and two are already warm. All for free and you can swim in the sea afterwards. Do pop round. I also have some weapons with me if anyone wants to do martial arts :D We will be here until the evening.
