Of the #AustralianGovernment was truely outraged, they would:
1. Give the Israeli Ambassador *and* all his staff 12 hours to get out of the country … that is *four* time longer than the IDF gave the people of #Palastine to move in many cases;
2. Send in the spooks to turn the embassy over for a week;
3. Demolish the Israeli Embassy a week after they were told to get out;
4. Build a peace park on the site of the (former) Israeli Embassy dedicated to the Palestinians murdered by the IDF over the last 20 years;
5. Advise Israel they are persona non grata for Ambasadors until they send all of the guilty to The Hague;
6. Hold a Royal Commission into the Israeli interference in Australia;
7. Stop all transfers of fund and trade from Israel to Australia and vice versa;
8. Impose similar sanctions on Israel as those imposed on Russia;
9. Detain all incoming Israelis at the boarder until authorities are satisfied they were not directly involved in the #Genocide and send those they found were involved directly to The Hague.Will they do any of this? They do not have the guts required.

Für die die vergeblich in den Nachrichten suchen ;-) Es gab tatsächlich am 02.10.2025 in München eine Pro Palästinensische Demo mit ca. 2.000 Teilnehmern. Die Demo verlief trotz des geringen Polizeiaufgebots (lediglich Verkehrssicherung) absolut friedlich. Wir durften vor das Israelische Konsulat ziehen und dort lautstark gegen das illegale kidnappen der Sumud protestieren. Für die die vergeblich in den Nachrichten suchen ;-) Es gab tatsächlich am 02.10.2025 in München eine Pro Palästinensische Demo mit ca. 2.000 Teilnehmern. Die Demo verlief trotz des geringen Polizeiaufgebots (lediglich Verkehrssicherung) absolut friedlich. Wir durften vor das Israelische Konsulat ziehen und dort lautstark gegen das illegale kidnappen der Sumud protestieren. Grundrechte-Report 2025 immer lesenswert.
Auch wenn der Report schon im Mai erschienen ist, er ist unverändert aktuell. Namhafte Streiter:innen für die Bürger:innen-Rechte veröffentlichen jedes Jahr einen 'alternativen Verfassungsschutzbericht'. Wo und wie verletzten staatliche Institutionen die Grundrechte ihrer Bürger:innen. Es ist jedes Jahr eine desolate Bestandsaufnahme, und eigentlich müsste der Verfassungsschutz sich selbst und die Exekutive, mitunter auch die Legislative und Judikative überwachen.
Jedem Grundrecht widmen die Autor:innen einen eigenen Beitrag.
Nur drei Beispiele:
1. Bezahlkarte für Geflüchtete
Evident eine Verletzung der Menschenwürde. Zusammengefasst schreibt der Autor:"Elektronische Repression ohne jeglichen Nutzen ". Im diesjährigen Grundrechte-Report wird das Migrationsthema gleich mehrfach behandelt, denn die Rechte Geflüchteter werden systematisch gebrochen. Es geht in weiteren Beiträgen aber genauso um das staatliche Vorgehen gegen Demonstrationen und Veranstaltungen im Zusammenhang mit Palästina.
2. Misshandlung von Gefangenen
Ein ehemaliger Gefängnisleiter schreibt über die Misshandlungen in einer bayrischen Haftanstalt bei Augsburg und belegt die klare Verletzung des Rechts auf körperliche Unversehrtheit.
3. Am Beispiel einer Wohungsrazzia wegen eines Postings das Habeck beleidigt haben soll, wir ausbuchstabiert, dass das Grundrecht auf Unverletzlichkeit der Wohnung ausgehöhlt wird.
Zusammenfassung: auf 240 Seiten wird ein Überblick gegeben über wichtige Bereiche, in denen der Staat, mal im Einzelfall, oft aber systematisch, die Grundrechte aushöhlt oder schlicht bricht.
