Does anybody here play #Paladins? I played it ages ago and I really want to start again bc it's a lot of fun, but also MOBA communities are always awful if you don't know people already... (I generally play healers and tanks, and while I only really got 'Why aren't you healing me???' flack twice or so in the couple month I played, it's still... unpleasant)

Finished the latest #Paladins book: whoa, this series has moved way beyond its initial "fluffy #romance with vague backdrop of #fantasy murder mystery" roots. I love the way T Kingfisher fucks with genre. Paladin's Faith has romance, sure, but also court intrigue, sex work, spying, flavours of the Ankh-Morporkh industrial revolution, and high stakes religious drama and moral philosophy. What is a god? What is a demon? How do you tell?

Used to play this a lot in uni, haven't played for years. Does it hold up?

I had Edge open and my PC BSOD'd so bad sign. Once I rebooted and only had the game open, smooth sailing. It's still really fun!

Visuals: Okay
Performance: Kinda bad actually? Worse than it should be. Still playable though.
Gameplay: Super fun, very tiring
Scumbaggery: You get free Pride profile icons and all the champs can be earned in game, but like... Still MTX hell.
