What do Oman, Papua New Guinea, and the United States have in common?

The United States is the only Western country and one of only three countries in the world that do not provide #PaidFamilyLeave to all workers. That's right: There are 182 countries in the United Nations who offer some level of financial support to new mothers on #MaternityLeave. The three that do not: Oman, Papau New Guinea, and the United States (Rowe-Finkbeiner, 2014; Zarocostas, 2014).
