Additional context: Paella originates in #Valencia and, in fact, only the #Valencian #Paella (round rice, chicken, rabbit, snails, flat green beans, giant butter beans, artichokes, rosemary, tomatoes, paprika, saffron, olive oil) is said to be #real #Paella - everything else either has it's own name and origin (e.g. seafood Arroz del #Senyoret from #Alicante) or is just called "rice with things" (arròs amb coses).
