Potatoes are absolutely magic. I cut one into a couple of pieces and planted it in the spring and now I have pounds of potatoes. More than what's shown here because I did actually plant more than one potato. This is a variety called Raspberry and I didn't realize the flesh inside would be so red! It's light and fluffy in texture, not the super starchiness of a purple potato. Delicious. My Idaho and my Irish on display together.

It's amazing the speed the clouds come and go. Just a few minutes have past and now no clouds around the peak to bring out the morning sunrise colors. (10/21/23)
