Bresnahan won by 1.6 points last year.

Dems have overperformed in Special Elections by 15 points so far this year.

#PENNSYLVANIA has 4 Republicans on the list: #PA01 Brian Fitzpatrick; #PA07 Ryan Mackenzie; #PA08 Robert Bresnahan & #PA10 Scott Perry. Fitzpatrick won by 12.8%, but the others were in the low single digits: 1%, 1.6% & 1.2%. Between them, 680K are on #Medicaid/CHIP, or 22% of the total population.
