Rather than a fictional video card, I'm emulating hardware that you can actually get today: the RTG output of the #Z3660 accelerator for the A3000 and A4000 CPU slot:

The accelerated framebuffer interface is derived from the #ZZ9000 Zorro card, so it should be possible to emulate both with a modest amount of rework.

Review de Estrayk sobre la P-Vision
Estrayk (Capsule/Scoopex/Amiga Wave) nos regala un análisis en profundidad de la nueva P-Vision, una tarjeta gráfica de la hablamos hace tiempo acerca de su desarrollo y que está diseñada para los Amiga 600 y Amiga 1200 aprovechando la ranura PCMCIA para añadir una salida HDMI y modos gráficos RTG de hasta 32 bits.
Uno de los aspectos más llamativos del dispositivo es precisamente el uso del puerto PCMCIA, una interfaz que históricamente no ha destacado por su rendimiento. Sin embargo, las pruebas realizadas por Estrayk muestran una experiencia sorprendentemente fluida, con un comportamiento que supera las expectativas habituales para este tipo de conexión.
La instalación resulta sencilla, requiriendo únicamente copiar sus drivers al cajón correspondiente y configurar P96 para habilitar los nuevos modos de pantalla. Gracias a ello, podremos disfrutar de resoluciones modernas y una salida digital de vídeo sin necesidad de realizar modificaciones internas complejas en el ordenador.
Y es que cuando crees que ya lo has visto todo en el Amiga, sale algo nuevo que nos deja con la boca abierta una vez más. Gracias Estrayk!!

Nachdem ich den Amiga-Mastodon-Client auf dem nativen A1200 im Teil 1 noch nicht zum Laufen gebracht habe, folgte heute der nächste Versuch mit einer frischen AmigaOS 3.2.2 Version unter FS-UAE.
