Nicknamed the "bat frog," it was discovered in 2009 during a biodiversity survey in the Brazilian Amazon. It earned its name thanks to its bat-like vocalizations and in tribute to Ozzy’s infamous bat-biting incident.
Ozzy you were definitely no ordinary man.
