...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 130 PM PST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest California, including the following
county, Ventura.

* WHEN...Until 130 PM PST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is
occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 718 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain developing
across far western Ventura County and into eastern portion of
the Santa Barbara Channel. Short-duration intense bursts of
rainfall will occur across the advisory over the next several
hours. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in
the advisory area. Minor flooding of low-lying areas is
likely.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Oxnard, Ventura, Ojai, Port Hueneme, Ventura Harbor, La
Conchita, Faria Beach, El Rio, and Silver Strand Beach.
