  2. Finally I got my hands - here in turkey - on
    2x Raspberry #Pico2 for #RunCPM ;)
    At 300Mhz #overclock the Pico2 in ARM-CPU-Mode
    is around double as fast as a Pico1 overclocked at 270Mhz
    So the emulated Z80 is now at
    73.05Mhz (Pico2) against 38.55Mhz (Pico1)

  5. The Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W seems stable with an overclock ARM frequency of 1000. I tried setting it to 1200 but the emulation software kept randomly crashing.

  6. Also memory training with 32 gigs on Zen 4 takes a while. Holy shit. I don't even want to imagine how many minutes it takes to boot with people who have 128 gigabytes of RAM. Or even 64. Because this takes like 30 to 45 seconds for me. Sometimes. Not all the time for some reason.

    Думаю ладно, пофиг. Читаю инструкцию а там: Max res: 1920x1080 60 Hz
    Думаю всё, приплыли. Плакали мои 144 герца. Втыкаю провод, включаю комп, вижу 60 герц, плачу, запускаю панель Энвидэ, ставлю 144 герца, И О ЧУДО, Я разогнал переходник и получил 144 герца! Вот только после этого кабель начал свистеть ультразвуком (Как комар или дешёвый китайский блок питания) :blobcatfearful:
    Но после перезапуска монитора писк пропал. Можно сказать что я разогнал переходник :ablobcatrainbow:

  12. I chose #Raspbian OS lite to get a fresh, fast, and clean #RadpberryPi. It was not only recommended, but I wanted to use #KIAUH ratger than using #MainsailOS.

    This gave me more storage space, and I also knew what was already installed.

    This also solved one of my problems when I used #Klipper with #Octoprint and #OctoKlipper.

    I had a "mcu error," which I never could get a solution for. I had to restart my printer and Klipper repeatedly until they finally would connect.

    This was solved by following the #Mainsail and #KIAUH docs and installing the Raspberry Pi MCU firmware.

    These problems are now solved.

    And damn, is this blazing fast.

    Although I did clean my fan and heatsink and decided to #overclock my Raspberry Pi, the UI is so responsive I can live without my printer screen.

  18. After just a few minor tweaks in the BIOS the #Timespy 1.2 score is 14136, with a GPU score of 14599 and CPU score of 11985. This is with a minor GPU #overclock of +150 core and +750 memory. Next step is to watch some videos on DDR4 overclocking and Ryzen tuning and see how high I can get that CPU score. #PCUpgrade #PCHardware
