تازگی یک مقدار اختلاف نظر با #مدیریت شرکت و البته شانس خوب در دیدن نظر جالبی در #هکرنیوز باعث شد که با یه آدم تازه و یه #کتاب تازه ازش آشنا بشم و خوندن کتابش رو شروع کنم. کتاب Out of the Crisis نوشتهٔ ادواردز دمینگ. کتابش دربارهٔ مدیریت #کیفیت در صنعته. سال ۱۹۸۲ نوشته شده، و معروفه که صنعت خودروسازی ژاپن بر اساس نظریههای ایشون موفق شده، یا شاید هم برعکس! با این که خیلی قدیمیه، ولی همچنان مرجع کلاسیک در زمینهٔ #مدیریت_کیفیت نظرهای همین ایشون در همین کتابه است.
