Today, I am running a DEI workshop module in an open plan workspace on the 29th floor.
Pros: Great natural light and superb views across the harbour and city.
Cons: Walking down 58 flights of stairs when the fire alarm sounds.*On a side note, while I appreciate that one shouldn't collect one's belongings before evacuating, leaving my laptop and much of what I need for my work this week behind generated a significant amount of anxiety. I have almost everything backed up elsewhere, but the impact on me and my clients would be significant. Need to think about how to mitigate this should the situation arise in the future.*
