My party is at a major transition point, so I don’t know what to prep exactly. I have two likely paths, but their reactions might be volatile and unpredictable. We’ll see how things shape up tomorrow.

I think I’ll run this fort until 550 (24 more years) or collapse. Then I’ll export the map and turn it into the final mega dungeon for my campaign. Hundreds of years later and taken over by evil. Should be an interesting map.
Why is this huge cavern full of carvings and statues? The miner’s guild demanded a guildhall, and I wanted all the green stones for the roof of my farm. 🤣

Despite have an extra two weeks without game, I am ill prepared for tonight’s session. Just been too busy with life stuff to prepare. Hopefully I can prep enough to make things interesting.
Stupid cat woke me at 6am so I’m currently sleep deprived however.

Someone on discord suggested Cyberpunk 2020s Greenwar to look at when I asked about city adventures. Just reading the intro and it’s a fantastic module. It’s a shame it’s not readily available. I would pick up a PoD copy. But the rights are probably in limbo.
It’s the kind of module I like. Not a railroad of set pieces, but a sandbox of characters, motivations, and goals.
It fits perfectly what one of my group’s contacts would want. But we’ll see if the group bites the hook.

My group successfully committed some insurance fraud at the Snail Fancier Society
They followed instructions and didn’t end up in combat.
They are starting to have enough money that I need to find things they can spend it on.
Next time they go hunting in the sewers for the beast that’s been eating beggars.

The inner gate used to be barred, but the fastener rusted and the goblins haven’t repaired it. It’s heavy enough to take an action to open. If the goblins are alert and manning the murder holes, any character between the two gates takes 1d4 damage from dropped rocks, shivs, and other garbage after their turn. Noble Families Project
I’ve managed to make a successful import file.
Now to figure out how to use Gramps, but I’ve got plenty of data to play with.
I did see a minor family named governor, so I’ll have to sort that out. But gramps I’m exporting the birth last name, I should probably add married name to the notes field.

One of the best dice mechanics from Traveller 5 is the “flux” roll. You take 2d6, but subtract the second die with the first one, giving you a result from -5 to 5, but most likely 0.
I have 6 noble families for my Outlaws of the North game. To decide their initial relations with each other I rolled flux for each pair. -5 means mortal enemies, +5 means strong alliance. 0 is neutral.
Apparently nobody likes Kalem.

If anyone wants to contribute an NPC to my Outlaws campaign, I can use as many as you can throw at me.
I just need a name, a nickname, and a sentence or two about them.
I’m not using many Chinese names because my group will never remember them, so feel free to use any kind of name. Evocative nickname is the most important, that’s probably what players will remember.

Started placing cities on my Outlaws map. Need to start naming them.
The biggest city (provincial capital) in the east is going to be based a bit on Riddleport from Golarion, if I can’t think of a better name I might just use that.
