Hi everyone. Back during lockdown, @mdonkin created a petition (https://www.change.org/p/london-borough-of-tower-hamlets-rebuild-the-victoria-park-lido) to rebuild the Lido in Victoria Park. We now have a small organising committee (only three of us so far), and we’re working on turning the interest shown for the petition into action. Good morning. Another favourite beach today, this time in summer. Portmahomack on the Tarbatness Peninsula, looking towards Loch Fleet. Highest water temperature in Summer is c.16 degrees C. In winter it can get down to 6, but doesn’t go a great deal lower in the sea. Lochs are another matter!
