Day 11: A drama that taught you something new. There were quite a few messages throughout 2025’s dramas, but what stood out for me was in the KDrama #OurUnwrittenSeoul, specifically Yoo Mi Ji’s motto of today being unknown, not set in stone. #EYDC2025

Haha, while romance is certainly included in #OurUnwrittenSeoul, I don't see it as the driver of the story. There's a lot of character development on the part of all of the key characters, something I always love. Not quite Slice of Life, but adjacent to that genre.

There are certainly a few that I've dropped or regretted completing. Still, for the most part, I really appreciate the anticipation of having 1-2 #CurrentlyAiring shows in my queue. I was quite sad to finish watching #OurMovie and #OurUnwrittenSeoul. Watchparty is enjoying #LawAndTheCity.

Everything resolved and while perhaps a bit safe, not in the most tropey way.
Fell just short of 2025 #1 spot... (or I got distracted). Overall well worth it.

I saw it labelled as more of a slice of life show, like My Liberation Notes, and that seems valid. All of the key characters had mountains of backstory to overcome, except for Strawberry Guy, a delightful character. Also, MiJi's fake boyfriend, who didn't really stay on in the show, sadly.

#OurUnwrittenSeoul was super strong for half the show, got lost a bit then reclaimed itself with a great finale. Highlight was easily Park Bo Young, dual wielding Yu Mi Ji/Mi Rae and giving each of them the space to shine. #KDrama

Haha, I was perversely pleased to see the subtle Apple PP in #OurUnwrittenSeoul. Of course, I live entirely in the Appleverse already. The Subway placements tend to nauseate me. I only associate the chain with rapidly grabbed meals while working, when nothing else decent was nearby. -
