CW: mildly gross image of a blister on a hand
My hands have seen better days.
I get these blisters in the same spot every year from using hand tools. I wish they would just callous over so I don’t have to try to work with gross open wounds on my hands.
I even wear gloves though they are annoying & make my hands sweat and I still get the blisters anyway.
Would gladly take your recommendations for gloves that aren’t too hot but still offer decent protection.

Holding an ice pack in just the way needed to cool a swelling middle finger after I jammed it into the stairs when I tripped and fell Up the stairs at work. 😂 🤕 I always think it’s weird how things like a jammed finger can hurt more than a bloody knee. Not sure what is worse, the low level throbbing pain of the finger, or the ego-injury of having to write an incident report to the health and safety office cuz I got a bandaid. 😝
