Katsuhiro Otomo made the manga for the dystopian world of Akira. He then went on to animate it before the manga was finished. That movie went on to storm the world to help show what Japanese animation.. what -animation- can do.
Now working on his 3rd film, Otomo announces the creation of Oval Gear Studio. An #animation studio. It is looking for animators. See website for details.
