Some of #OtlAicher ’s very hochkant posters from the 1940s to ’50s. Splendid colourful screen printing. Didn’t expect to see him use @typotheque ’s Uni Grotesk so much.

Preparing an exhibition about #OtlAicher with the students at HBKsaar. He had way better taste in type in the 1940/50s! And creative spelling adjustments whenever it suited his rigorous layout ideas. #amikanisch?

Why is Rotis so controversial? I mean, after all the digital and Emigre Fonts, and postmodernist revolution, why should be still there such an attitude towards typography at that level of refinement? I'm asking this to the expert type designers who would like to answer. Thank you!
