Heute war der letzte Strandmarsch 🚶🏼‍♂️ und das letzte Training im Gym 🏋️‍♀️
Morgen geht es nach Hause und am Sonntag beginne ich wieder mit dem Laufen 🏃‍♂️
Bis zum 3.12. allerdings nur kurze Strecken, da ich an dem Tag mein Ischiasproblem von einem Osteopathen überprüfen lassen möchte. Es ist zwar durch die Übungen der letzten Tage besser geworden 👍 aber noch nicht ganz verschwunden 😕

If you ever think you need to go to an #Osteopath just do it. Been for my third time today and immediately felt a million times better. When you hear the price you think "wow that's expensive for 30 minutes" but I'm telling you, it's the best value for money you will ever get.

@kiki Auffahrunfall. Ich kann mich nicht mehr bewegen. CT Vollscan ohne Befund. Verordnung. 3 x 600 mg Ibuprofen täglich. Ich liege quasi im Wachkoma 2 Tage, dann setze ich das Mittel wegen der Nebenwirkungen ab. Vor dem Gesetz nicht anerkannter #Osteopath braucht 15 Minuten, dann bin ich komplett #schmerzfrei und kann mich wieder voll und ganz bewegen. Gegencheck der CT Aufnahmen: Chef-Radiologe kann auch nach konkretem Hinweis die verschobenen Wirbel im Scan nicht finden. "Mediziner" halt.
