2) #Ospology kende ik niet, maar dit is een mooie plek waar het ecosysteem dat digitale soevereiniteit realiseert bij elkaar komt.

Koos Steenbergen and @Bo’s (from @BZKopensource) presentation gives a very clear, succinct and accessible overview of the Dutch government’s #opensource legal, policy and tooling environment. Nice: @zendis’s standard Gitlab tooling is popular because it includes easy static site generation (a website for your open source project), which is then one less thing to get budgetary approval for/procure.
