If you are doing #orthorexia research/clean eating, please control for vegetarianism/veganism (or other types of diets, such as halal, kosher) . Not only there may be a relationship, but most importantly some of the diet items that are attributed to 'eating clean' are directly descriptive of not eating certain foods for ethical reasons (e.g. ‘I try to never break any of my own dietary rules’, or those related to social rejection)

Even these wraps that mysteriously last weeks at room temperate even after being opened. It was kinda hilarious. I didn’t really know how the centre aisles of the supermarket worked except for chocolate and bbq shapes 😂 I guess 2022, trying to address my mental health and #EatingDisorder, was when I learned how most middle class Australians shop and eat. But yikes, the plastic! Annoyingly, trying too hard to reduce plastic might just lead me into #orthorexia.
