Very nice work on #tissueclearing and #lightsheet #microscopy:
This technique (TESOS) brings resin embedding to solvent-cleared samples. The resulting #organogels are stable enough to allow block-face imaging with an oblique LSM. Already pretty big with whole adult mice, but I'd love to see this scaled up to human-organ size.
