I have this weird lump on the left side of my neck, sometimes bigger sometimes smaller.
But i can't get myself to go see a doctor and expose myself to infections when no one is wearing a mask.
[Do not reply if you want to try and convince me to go see a doctor. I know that i should. My point is that i can't. There are 0 (zero) #COVIDsafe medical facilities in the shit country where i have to live. Zero. We live in #Idiocracy]

My health keeps getting worse. Meanwhile i get treated as if i am making it up, as if i am simulating. Almost no one heeds our warnings. We are getting sidelined, ignored, forgotten.
At times i don't even know what hurts more. The illness or the way we get gaslit, shamed, ridiculed?
Death by a million small cuts.

Living with the virus means: “The basic advice still applies,” he says. “Wash your hands. Get vaccinated. Wear a mask. Avoiding crowds is probably the most important thing. If you have to be involved in group activities, have them either outdoors or in large, well-ventilated spaces. And wear your mask.”
Although this article is about the USA, a lot of this applies to European countries like the Netherlands as well : #LongCovid, #WearAMask , #ventilation , abandonment of at-risk groups, and the crisis in #healthcare .
