I agree that it would be better not to use them, and I am sure Ukraine would prefer to do so if they had enough other munitions at hand. But what makes you say they are more of a danger to #civilians than to the occupying forces? Is there any evidence that they will kill more civilians than destroy #russian equipment or kill russian #soldiers?
Especially since #ukraine will use them on their own territory they will use them conservatively and document their use very well (e.g. with the help of #drones) since it is THEIR people who will be affected by the unexploded #ordonnance.
With that in mind we cannot even be sure that the #ClusterMunitions won't help to save more civilians by expel #Russian #forces (faster) from #Ukraine. (Also bc. it is next to impossible to measure. -
