Today is Truth and Reconciliation Day, aka Orange Shirt Day. It's a paid holiday for bankers & politicians.

Indigenous people don't get the day off.

I don't go to Orange Shirt Day marches anymore because the local one flies the Canada flag, has huge numbers of cops, & the cops get thanked first.

I wrote this poem about Orange Shirt Day last year. We demand truth & reconciliation & get this instead.
