Vitaly #Bort, a 51-year-old People's Deputy, elected from the now-banned "#OPZZH", in April and July 2023 went abroad on a three-day business trip with the approval of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, but both times he did not return on time, but remained outside of #Ukraine for another month.
During his two drips he met with a member of the #Hungarian parliament who was not allowed to enter Ukraine - an associate of Prime Minister Viktor #Orban.
