#OptusSport told me to contact #Google for a refund.
Google replied that only the Developer (ie Optus) can give the refund.
So now I've contacted Optus again...

After having the online support person insist that the only way to proceed was to have a case manager call me, the case manager called me (outside of the times I specifically) requested and told me that they couldn't help me as I paid via GooglePlay.
Meanwhile I am once again trying to stream the #wwc2023 via my #Chromecast and having it freeze up every couple of minutes making the game painful to watch. #OptusSport: why.

I signed up to #OptusSport to watch the #WWC2023. It costs $24.99 per month, as I'm not an #Optus customer.
I have been streaming on the #mobile app, to my TV via Chromecast. The quality is awful, freezes every couple minutes and then continues. It's fine in the app itself only, and on desktop browser. I have been trying to get #support for the last 2 hours.
The first support person said they would see what they could find, and disappeared.
The next did not understand that I'm not an Optus customer, but just Optus Sport. They asked how much I pay for my mobile service and home internet.
The third person asked what the issue was multiple times, before asking me to plug an ethernet cable into my mobile phone.
