What good is #UnitedHealthcare #Optum mail order pharmacy when they fill your order when you run out but it takes a week to 10 days to get your scripts? They won't let you fill your order enough time in advance to get it before you run out and they calculate the next refill date for when they get confirmation you got your order.

I get so mad that I could, well, just keep the level of anger to myself. This was supposed to be easier, esp with me living in a rural area and all the mom and pop pharmacies being priced out of the market and closing.

A lot of my meds can't be stopped and started cold turkey.
