I’ve been using Optic’s CLI, an OpenAPI tool that does a bunch of things including diffing OpenAPI descriptions and comparing HTTP traffic with OpenAPI. My use case was an established API that didn’t have an OpenAPI file yet – using Optic we could create one as a starting point, and then move to a design-first workflow to make the changes that I was there to help with. For this blog post, I’ve used the example of https://api.joind.in as an excellent representation of an API still in use, but without an OpenAPI file and not built with code that a code generator would recognise. I set the #lenses quite well, with the maximum focus values, creating a sensor for each but I would need to see real photos as a reference to make comparisons, almost all lenses tend to blur images near the edges of the #lens.

I've update whole objectives assembly with new Ray Portal as a Camera's sensor, this change improved a little bit even the rendering time. first row #Zeiss Tessar, and second Row H. #Zollner #Tessar, both with new Sensor. Now I would need a bit of experience with photography to do better, some example photos with these lenses and a bit of technique would help me improve further. #optic #lenses #3d #B3D #Blender3d #Blender

Today after random attempts, because in reality I still haven't fully understood how it works, I implemented a Ray Portal as a sensor, and this with random values allowed me to correct the angle and expand the field of vision of the lenses, previously some were too narrow and to frame the whole scene you have to move the camera a few kilometers away. Same camera with Ray portal and not and the difference is evident. #optic #blender3d #Blender #lens

I'm doing some checks by comparing the 3D #optical #lenses, but it seems to me that #Blender's f-Stop values, in addition to having scale problems, in this case the model of the Fiat 500 is in meters and OK, however #b3d's camera it has an incorrect F-Stop value. Left side b3d all with f/Stop is 0.2, others with 3D lenses are more realistic one with f/Stop at 8 and other to 18.0 Camera 35mm and 100mm #optic #lens #photo #3d
