Just letting everyone know I'm still here... Have many more amazing photos to share...but
I've been struggling with a few triggering events combined with the 4th and those memories and the fireworks going off and an old partner committing suicide, was homeless., will be again soon..
I'll be ok but just kind of in survival mode...right now

1923 - 2012
The first no toll bridge to span the Piscataqua River between Portsmouth, NH and Kittery, ME.A plaque over the bridge read:
"Memorial to the Sailors and Soldiers of New Hampshire who gave their lives in the World War 1917–1919."
That same plaque is now over the new bridge.

One thing that has always helped my #CPTSD symptoms was getting out in nature with my camera. One of the worst and probably most frustrating things #CPTSD did to me was cause cognitive issues so some days I can't even remember how to use my camera. I've used #Canon for 30+ years with essentially same controls but look at it and can't even turn it on. So when I have good days I take advantage of it.
