All done with Mom's eye diagnostics appointment. We're back at this office on Friday to start her eye injections for diabetes related retinol disease. We've been given a referral to a cataracts specialist - Mom has cataracts in both eyes & will need surgery at some point.

My eyes are fine.
Getting the shots of my eyes was like trying to herd cats, however. They were shining extra-bright lights in my eyes to get the shots. I did ask the ophthalmologist if autistic people are more likely to be light sensitive, and she said there hasn't been a study (yeah... 🙄 ) but she thinks so.

I'm going to the ophthalmologist today. They are going to dilate my eyes. Baby boy offered to drive me, but that would have meant a 2h drive from his place and back just to drive me this morning. I thanked him, but I said no. I've done it before and I will survive.
