    I think #China and #Russia are both a bit obsessed with #FortDetrick (and understandably so) because that's where Shiro Ishii from #Unit731 in ended up? chinadaily.com.cn/a/202107/23/

    Russia haven't used Fort Detrick in recent stories (as far as i know?) but it was prominent in their #HIV #disinformation campaign #OperationDenver aka #OperationInfektion (the latter is a misnomer, probably from #mistranslation or misinterpretation of #DDR sources)

    In his opening monologue, #DougRushkoff says the 3 part documentary series #OperationInfektion is as significant as the #AdamCurtis series 'Century of the Self', which is high praise IMHO;
