I kind of of think that's the point of music; to evolve. Music will always change with time, even within specific genres.
AND I think the "my days' music is better than this new stuff" can be ignorant. Don't close your ears and mind to new forms of art. You don't have to like it all but this generational thing about thinking everyone from"your time" is best and everything after sucks is just ridiculous. Break the cycle. Open your mind(and shut your mouth)
