I går deltok jeg i den første SvømOslo! Et folkesvømmearrangement fra Badstueforeningen's Sukkerbiten området. Skikkelig moroog lav terskel.
Jeg svømte 1000m. Neste år vil jeg prøve 2000m-løypa. Kanskje du er med neste år du også?
Dette var ingen konkurranse, men jeg ble veldig fornøyd med tiden (litt under 20 min), godt hjulpet av våtdrakten.

#SwimRun in #Vienna: Kaiserwasser – Gänsehäufel – Prater. 2,500 m swimming + 7,5 km running. It's super practical when the tow float is also a rucksack!

Ah, it seems I should have loaded my first introduction with hashtags, so here's a follow-up post- I live in #France, but #travel a lot all over Europe. I love #trailrunning, #kayaking, #swimrun, #cycling, #hiking, #openwaterswimming and #skiing. Watch a lot of #rugby, read a lot of contemporary #fiction, play #acousticguitar and enjoy #craftbeer. I draw a lot, and have recently started #oilpainting. I do a bunch of other stuff too.
