Is there a good #selfhosted or privacy-aware #running tracking tool that is capable of detecting intervals in raw tracking data (done with #opentracks )? #runnersofmastodon

Není to zas tak daleko, co jsem i do večerky dojížděl autem.

K zítřejším pětatřicetinám jsem si nadělil první desítku(!) v kuse. Poprvé v životě. Živej!

#FunFact - zjistil jsem, že potřebuju 3 km k tomu, abych vůbec byl schopnej optimálně běžet a nebolelo mě v boku, plíce a tak. Takže třetinu času trpíte, aby zbytek šel v pohodě :D

Mirei no meu dispositivo en Health Connect aparece como Saúde conectada, así que tamén vou traducir ese nome e non deixar o orixinal (como adoito facer nestes casos)

Saúde conectada é unha «aplicación» que funciona de xeito local no dispositivo e onde outras aplicacións poden almacenar e ler os datos que van rexistrando. É unha interface común (API) cos datos utilizando o mesmo formato, forma parte de AOSP e non depende de google (directamente).

Unha vez metidos en Saúde conectada, e dándolle permiso ás outras aplicacións, entón é cando eses datos poderían saír do dispositivo.

Neste caso, #OpenTracks non ten acceso o internet e non sube os datos a ningures. Semella que OpenTracks non le os datos de Saúde conectada, só engade alí os seus.

Se o activas nos axustes, OpenTracks rexistra a actividade en Saúde conectada. OpenTracks non le os datos de Saúde conectada.

Que vantaxe ten isto?

A integración simple de xeito local das diferentes aplicacións, facilitando a subda de datos remota de xeito optativo (opt-in).

Přemýšlím, jestli by to mohla eliminovat max. doba zastavení pro nečinnost nebo vzdálenost mezi segmenty 🤔

J'ai bien l'impression qu'il s'agit d'un matériel bien fermé, et qu'à part utiliser leurs logiciels fournis via #android et #windows (pas simple non plus sous #linuxmint )

In order to better monitor my progress I'm introducing a new metric: AJE (Average #Juggling Endurance). It's the distance divided by the number of ball drops.

🤹‍♀️🏃‍♀️ 24'14" ➡️ 3.02 km, 22 ball drops
AJE: 136.36 m

🤹‍♀️🏃‍♀️ 13'38" ➡️ 1.64 km, 14 ball drops
AJE: 117.14 m

Today it's the first time I hit the 3 km milestone.
The number of ball drops is improving too.

As for #FOSS apps, #OpenTracks is the most reliable imho.

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Ersatz für Strava, bei der ich meine Touren einfach für mich auf dem Handy speichern kann. Dabei bin ich auf Opentracks gestoßen.

Kann ich in Opentracks auch nachträglich Fotos zufügen? Der Beschreibung nach "während der Tour Orte markieren" klingt mir nicht danach.

Außerdem verstehe ich nicht, was der Unterschied zwischen Reproducible build und non reproducible ist.

👀 Any #Android #FOSS #cycling apps recommendations? 🚴

Stuff I have been using on my tours:

• #OsmAnd and #CoMaps for maps/navigation (though @CoMaps desperately needs a layer for bicycles. Edit: Issue for tracking this feature).
• #FitoTrack for recording my tours/tracks. Also tried #OpenTracks for this.
• #StreetComplete when I find something interesting to add to #OpenStreetMap.
• #BikeRouter (browser) for planning tours.

❓ Any other interesting apps I have missed and I should check out?

Algo mejor que OpenTracks para hacer lo propio? Solo necesito registrar mis salidas, las stats me dan un poco igual aunque me gusta ver los kms que hice en total y el desnivel (por hacerme una idea de como ando, nada de frikismo que me da igual).

Lo probé hoy y está guay, pero seguro que sabéis de apps mas chulis.

@Zoufalec @electric Já jedno použití našel, ale SW podpora chybí:
Na tom zadní displeji jdou normálně pouštět plnohodnotný aplikace, takže #OpenTracks nebo nějaká #navigace na tom normálně poběží a vlastně to ani nevypadá úplně špatně. Na #kolo ideální, když nechceš vybíjet baterku víc, než je nutný.

Problém je, že "keep screen alive" nefunguje v kombinaci se zadním displejem, takže ta mrcha vždycky zhasne 🙁

I am in the middle of some ugly refactoring (no worries it is fun) and by accident I implemented a new feature.
I wanted to build this feature for years and now it just happened.

I immediately stopped working on this and enjoying this small victory.

It (also) works with your phone only, and it depends on #OpenStreetMap for GPS tracking.

You can use it for more or less any kind of outdoors activity, and depending on the activity, it also gives you some metrics, like pace, elevation gain etc.
