#opentmux is now available for installation in #Fedora and EL 10 distros with #EPEL enabled!
Simply do a `sudo dnf --refresh install opentmux`
Note that to make this parallel installable with regular #tmux, the binary and manpage are both renamed to `opentmux`. We can sort it out going forward what name to use

@thomasadam and the #opentmux #Fedora package just got approved - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2532964 (thanks @neal !)
I am building it for non-EOLed Fedora releases at the moment, as well as for #EPEL 10 so folks on the latest #RHEL and derivatives like #AlmaLinux can use it (EL10 stock ships tmux 3.3a anyway so this will be an upgrade; EL9 is on 3.2a)

tmux has a few logos, as mentioned here:
https://codeberg.org/opentmux/opentmux/issues/5
Assuming #opentmux succeeds and people are interested, I wonder if anyone is willing to take on the challenge of coming up with a new set of logos for the project.
I can't do this myself, but I hope it's something interesting for someone who might wish to.
Obviously this will be "hand-drawn" as in, no AI.
If you're interested, come say "hello" on `#opentmux` on `chat.libera.org` which is IRC.

I've released opentmux-0.1
https://codeberg.org/opentmux/opentmux/releases/tag/v0.1
This is more of a stake in the ground release.
I've mostly got the groundwork done with being able to build tmux via CI and release via CI.
The most notable change is that opentmux now depends on lowdown to generate the man page for tmux(1) and hence the man page documentation is now using markdown as its raw form, rather than mdoc.
Any questions please let me know! Better yet, come see us in the `#opentmux` IRC channel on libera.
