Well, that wasn't as bad I told myself it was going to be.

I've been away from regular yoga practice for over 7 years, and prior to that I did Bikram yoga---all while I was grossly overweight; 80 pounds overweight..

I'm now with in 15 pounds of what "they" the experts say I should be. However, I have a lot of issues with my shoulders--one's had surgery.

So, anyway, I have done the poses I can for the last few days and today was the best it felt in that time.

I cannot do too many kneeling poses, and sitting with legs open is far from "open," but I am aiming to keep it up.

I actually did good with tree pose, meaning I didn't fall over.
