Good Morning #Canada
Today is my 5 year anniversary of having open heart surgery. I plan on celebrating by eating something greasy and artery clogging.
Today there are approximately 40,000 open heart surgeries in Canada but in 1956 the first in Canada was performed in Alberta by pioneering surgeon John Callaghan. Here is his fascinating life story and career achievements.#CanadaIsAwesome #OpenHeartSurgery
