The Stop Super Speeders Act landed in the final state budget. NYC is expanding free Neighborhood Internet in the Bronx and Upper Manhattan. And 22 community organizations are preparing to teach intro-to-AI classes across the city.
Plus: public spending oversight, student data privacy, new civic tools, and 13 jobs.

@lress Die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Google und Deutsche Bahn ist ja weder neu, sondern afaik ein Jahrzehnt alt. Und sonderlich viel mehr aufregende Daten fließen bei dieser Änderung jetzt auch nicht.
ABER: Es wäre der Verbesserung der #DigitaleSouveränität , wenn das Staatsunternehmen DB seine durchaus wertvollen Fahrplan-Livedaten nicht nur wirtschaftlich starken Geschäftspartnern, sondern allen KartenApp-Anbietern zur Verfügung stellen würde ( #opendata )
