like true choice of saying no in heterosexual relationships
that means that neither depends on sex as an expression of connectedness.
That mean people feel connected to something without sex already
no deprivation in that society
that's when yes is yes will be realthen does marriage and sexual exclusivity still make sense in such a society?

臺灣最高法院 公布最新的有價值判決內容，認為性別平等是國際公約的重要規範並已在台灣實施，#不得將性侵害的發生歸咎於被害者個人因素，例如穿著曝露或從事與性相關之特殊行業等，作為發生性行為的藉口。
法官指出「性自主決定權」即「性同意權」，意指任何性行為都應建立在相互尊重，彼此同意的基礎上，絕對是「#NomeansNo 」「#onlyYesmeansYes」，即「說不就是不！」「 她或他說願意才是願意」、「沒有得到清楚明瞭的同意，就是不同意！」
最高法院在判決理由指出，1979年聯合國大會通過「#消除對婦女一切形式歧視公約」CEDAW，2007年台灣立法院議決、總統批准並頒布，明定CEDAW 具國內法效力，且立院在2011年5月20日三讀通過《消除對婦女一切形式歧視公約施行法》，推動性別平等。
合議庭表示，#對方沉默時不是同意，#對方不確定或猶豫也不是同意，#在對方未同意前之任何單獨與你同行回家或休息，只能視為一般人際互動，不是性暗示，#又同意擁抱或接吻，也不表示想要性交。
