TIL; Apple macht die Passwörter hübsch – also auch wenn man es nicht erwartet …
Wenn man sich ein langes Passwort im der App auf iOS anzeigen lässt und das leider abtippen muss, kann man es einmal „anklicken“ und dann wird einem das ganze Passwort in voller Länge angezeigt.
Mit Zeilenumbruch 👍 64 Zeichen
Nur leider fügt Apple am Zeilenumbruch IN DAS PASSWORT einen zusätzlichen „-“ ein… ernsthaft?!
Fragt jetzt nicht wie oft ich das PW abgetippt habe bis …

Gibts doch nicht. 🤬 Apple Vorschau öffnet PDF, lässt weitere PDFs hinzufügen, soweit so gut. Speichert man dies nun ab und öffnet das PDF erneut, sind die hinzugefügten PDF-Seiten plötzlich leer. 🤬 WTF?!? #onlyApple #AppelFail #AppleVorschau #PDF #TroubleShooting #PDFGeshizzle

Ich bleibe dabei: das Unheil mit #ios26 etc war mit #ios18 abzusehen. Seit ios18 am iphone14pro habe ich Probleme beim diktieren:
- ich habe deutsche und englische tatstur
- Tastatur steht auf DE EN (deutsch)
- Mikro aktivieren - Mikro steht auf EN! Warum?
- Ich muss das Mikro-EN tippen und DE wählen - nun stellt sich die Tastatur ein EN DE (englisch). WTF?
- mit Globus stellen ich Tastatur wieder auf deutsch - jetzt ändert sich Mikro wieder auf EN 😤

It‘s #iOS26 launch day. I have NOT updated my devices and I WILL NOT do so for there foreseeable future. Most likely I will completely skip this release because I cannot read text anymore.
Yet, Apple Maps has become completely unreadable even on iOS 18 because now Apple delivers #liquidAss visual style Maps tiles and labels. The result is literally a blind map.
I‘m still flabbergasted how this UI and UX disaster ever made it beyond the “internal experiment” stage.

Mit #ios war #apple auch schon mal schlau und hat sich gemerkt, was man zuletzt wiedergegeben hatte je nach Verbindung. Also im Auto via BT den Podcast weitergespielt, auch wenn man unterwegs mal ein Video gesehen hat.
Alles vorbei. Alles kaputt. #onlyApple 🤦♂️

Oh man #apple … Problems with #TestFlight again? Just uploaded a new build, it got approved and i've added my testgroup … and … it's doesn't appear inside the TestFlight-App on iOS 😩
Boy, really, why can't we just copy the IPA on the device, install and test it? #onlyApple
