I used a lot of hashtags, and I will use them in all my posts because it seems like the Fediverse needs more content with hashtags! There is a need for a wider range of hashtags! Hashtags for all! Decentralization for all! Vote for me as the Prime Minister of the Fediverse! (Kidding, hehe) I'll keep creating content on the Fediverse. However, it's not free. The monthly internet service provider subscription is around RM50.00, minus add-ons. My coffee and food, of course, are necessary every day, and they will cost between RM20 and RM100 per day. @mastodonmigration @bob So, I looked at your instructions, but I realized that they need an update.
First, the desktop editor is not the same as the iPhone #WordPress - #WebsiteBuilder app. Somehow, I kept getting difficulties from the iPhone app to connect #Mastodon and #BlueSky. So, I instead went back to my laptop and did it there.
This is now done by going into the editor, and selecting TOOLS >MARKETING; and then see the CONNECTIONS button on the page (right of the menu). Or HOSTING >CONNECTIONS, depending on how you’re logged in.

Then hit the CONNECT button, sign into the Mastodon Account handle, approve the connection to WordPress by "authorizing" it. You may get a pop-up window in the process.

@ton I do realise you're being tongue-in-cheek, but some incidental validation of that by way of Google+ Communities.

I'd looked at 36,000 of the ~8 million Google+ Communities in early 2019, and plotted relationships between membership, posts, likes, shares, and comments.

For the most part, posting activity drove other activity. In particular, membership (or followers) was not especially relevant.

Visually, the tighter the clustering along a diagonal axis, the stronger the relationship.

Other factors also matter: quality, relevance, and some level of sharing content elsewhere and gaining traction. But yeah, post reasonably regularly.
