probably the less popular option #onHere, but I'm celebrating Dave Brubeck day today. It's a good day to Take Five.

A popular journalist #onHere recently posted a link to this article:
He found the treatment of the Trump family's grifting "shameful" and "normalizing." When I read the article, it seems to me that it's telling the reader what has happened and providing some context for it being very, very unusual, while trying not to tell us how to feel about that. Curious what my mutuals think about that.

Here's an interesting puzzle for the six Windows 11 users #onhere to sink their teeth into: my mom's laptop suddenly rebooted this morning with some cryptic error message and afterwards Windows Explorer stopped listing the files in her Downloads folder. Like, the files are there, she can open them from the Chrome download manager, running
dirin the Windows command prompt shows everything is present, and Explorer even still shows the quantity of files in the folder. It just shows an empty folder instead of listing them out. Showing hidden files does nothing. This only happens with the Downloads folder. -

Good to see someone saying this. The propensity of people #OnHere to be maximally certain that their preferred policy is also electoral magic is extremely frustrating. Trump should be impeached on the merits, but he won't be removed and the electoral effects are not clear.

I don't know if it's rude to screenshot people's posts #onhere but this juxtaposition was too good not to keep
