For anyone else who had the same issue I had where the dark slide on a pack of #Polaroid film didn't eject when inserted into an I-2, #OneStep etc. The solution from Polaroid worked on this pack - they sent this note & I did that & it worked!
I wasn't able to pull off the tab easily without exposing the first shot so I took another dark slide I had & slid it into the pack (with the other dark slide in it and then inserted into the camera and it ejected fine. So then I re-inserted that dark slide again and worked to pull out the malfunctioning one while keeping the top Polaroid covered and then used nail clippers (b/c I'm traveling and didn't have any tweezers!) to pull out the bad dark slide and it's working!
