Lifeline4Gaza is a similar initiative as gaza-verified, but mostly for other social media than mastodon (instagram, Facebook, X, etc). There is some overlap between the listed campaigns. For people being concerned about scams, the most common scam is people in the west stealing from Palestinians. Palestinians have no choice but to put their faith in someone, be it a friend or family or one of the larger organisers.
Some have even had funds stolen by relatives in the west, which is unfathomable to me. It's very important that the campaign organiser be a trustworthy individual. It's also important that organisers do their own due diligence when involved in financial transactions.

The Salem family was able to get a chuffed campaign through @onepalestine
One Palestine does not have the bandwidth to also push for the campaigns on social media and in physical spaces. That's where the rest of us come in.They need us to push for their campaigns. That's something a campaign organiser would normally do.

Reminder that while @onepalestine is one pf the larger campaign managers, they don't have the bandwidth to also post about the campaigns. That's where the rest of us come in. Efforts like @lifeline4gaza and @gazaverified do what they can to post about the most neglected appeals, but they aren't sufficient.
Palestinians need all hands on deck, please share their appeals for them.

@onepalestine is one of the bigger campaign organizers I'm aware of. At least a couple hundred campaigns are set to expire on 1st of May, and I've stumbled across 5 that are #GazaVerified

From what I gather these will get new campaigns created by "One Palestine", so there's no need for concern.
