Ja, es ist verboten, in die zugestaute Kreuzung einzufahren (§11 StVO).
Aber Verkehr ist mehr, als die Summe individuellen Verhaltens. Darum gibt es Verkehrsplanung... bzw. sollte es eine gute Verkehrsplanung geben.

Even when they travel to nicer places like the Netherlands, they cannot imagine the same back home, and continue asking for #OneMoreLane. They made the fucked up decision of moving to exurbia, and refuse to admit the mistake, imagine living elsewhere, instead insisting everyone to suffer their motoring in front of every door in the pseudo-city.
