Panorama particuièrement bouché ici. Ça pleut sans discontinuer depuis 48 heures, à tel point que je me sens revenir à la grande époque du tout-covid et du contrôle-total-des-déplacements. Je ne bouge pas. Un petit repliement sur soi et sur le home, sweet home.
Et puis, bim ! La factrice du village dépose dans la boîte l'enveloppe de @pvheditions !
Je m'ébroue enfin et vais profiter de ce stimuli inespéré : à moi un peu de #sciencefiction bien sentie !

Round your mouth like you are saying oooo, as you exhale push the air out from your low belly. Again, let the inhale come naturally, as you exhale push the air out of you like you are blowing a candle out. Keep focusing on the exhale and consider those no longer with us, thank them for living while they could and exhale slow and completely.
